Gizdodo – A Nigerian small chop idea

Food creativity or what many term deconstruction of dishes  is what Gizdodo is by my judgement. As always with me I try to bring dishes that are easy to find ingredients and make.
Women are busy. Most women are wither working in offices or running their own business and even when they are home mangers ,they are still economically active. As much as we like to bring variety to our food offering sometimes the time to devote to this is just not there. Simple things as Gizdodo which I am bringing today is one of such dishes that will make you look like a pro in the kitchen department.
I remember growing up gizzard , heart and chicken  bombom were strictly reserved for my dad. I remember as a child wondering how all these parts tasted like. What was that all about…I wonder. The same way you were told that a child that likes to eat eggs was going to be a thief , hmmmm.
Well here I am with a full bowl of gizdodo with no harassment . Funny how times change.
I have here a simple Nigerian small chop or meal paired with lots of vegetables and you have an interesting dish that can also go as lunch or dinner.
