Spicy Curry Beef Sauce
I have the feeling that we never have too much variety of sauces to accompany our rice. And that is why I am bringing you Curry Beef Sauce. My other reason for this dish is that all ingredients for the sauce are available around neighbourhood stores and markets so is there any excuse why you should not be cooking this?
If you are using regular beef from the Nigerian market then I will advise to boil till soft before browning in oil. I used stewing beef from the shop which is more tender; this is why I went straight for for browning. Something else you may want to skip is the addition of the sweet potato. I used it to sweeten the sauce and add bulk. Curry Beef Sauce is one sauce that will make you look like a professional cook when you get to serve your guests. Put on your apron and get cooking.

Simple. Inviting. Classy. Well done. I will give it a try.
I made this but tweaked a couple of things. I used chicken instead and cooked in an electric pressure cooker briefly. It turned out really well and i love the aroma. Thanks for this recipe.
I made this and everyone at home loved it.thank you.
Hello Didiwhyte. Thanks for this wonderful feedback.
Good day Aunty Iquo, I was taught to boil meat before frying but I have noticed that you use the reverse…just want to be sure that the meat will be tender and absorb the seasoning if I fry first before boiling
Hello Chidinma. You are right to boil beef before frying, that is if the meat is tough. In the case of this recipe I am using tender beef( bought from the shop) but I also marinade the beef before frying. I will request that you go to my youtube channel to see how I cooked this dish step by step. If you are using tough beef I recommend you cut into strips and hit gently with a rolling pin to often the beef before marinating and cooking. Thank you for stopping by my site
this is nice… did u use fresh coconut for the coconut milk?
