Suya Meat Balls
My idea of a relaxing weekend is to have well made Suya Meat Balls in a bowl with some tomatoes and raw onion slices . Pairing this with a nice glass of wine and wearing a silk boubou just completes the mood. When you live in Lagos you really understand what it means when someone wishes you a nice weekend. The body just like any engine has to be rested or else you burn out. Talking of rest, I think I want to go back on holiday. I am missing my morning long walks on the street of a suburb in Toronto. I enjoyed the cold morning breeze, the flowers, the bees flying pass, watching people taking out their dogs for a walk, and so many interesting sights.
Now that I am home I simply make do with the gym close by the house to help me stay healthy. There are really not many opportunities to help one increase mobility unless you hit the gym. Anyway for now I will focus on having a nice relaxing weekend .Why not think of something creative to do on your weekend? So let’s go back to my Suya Meat Balls and show you how to make them.

Goodday 1q, loving every posts but I would like to know if it is possible to use minced chicken, if you’re not a meat lover. The ingredients didn’t implied if the groundnut was used raw or grounded and if was the roasted one. Please help because I would like to make it for my family. Thanks and more grease to your elbow.
