Minced Meat Sauce is a dish I will recommend for busy home cooks. Mincing the meat helps it to cook fast. I have come to have minced meat sauce more regularly in my freezer for as a quick meal. Served with pasta, yam, plantain or potato you will get everyone cleaning out their plates particularly the kids My confession about this dish is that it was not planned. I had bought minced meat to bake some meat pies but got tired after a weekend of heavy food photography. So I stir fried the Mince with a little onion and completed the sauce with some vegetables and a little tomato/ pepper mix. Paired with boiled potato I was so satisfied with my lunch and even had to hold back my self from having a second helping.
If you cannot readily find minced meat in stores around you can easily make yours at home. cut up the meat into tiny pieces place in a zip lock bag and heat with a a small pestle. there you go you can make your mince meat at home. Enjoy this simple and easy sauce .
