Over the last weekend after several trials and failures I finally nailed this recipe with Puff Puff Pizza mix. This is the life of a food blogger….you cant imagine how much food is ‘ wasted’ sometimes before getting it rightl we do this just so you can save some money and enjoy the standardized version of the dish.
For today’s offering I also did quite a number of name tests on my instagram account and it was so funny what I got: Puff Puff Pizza, Pizzapuff; Puffzza; PizPuff and so on. It was really fun getting the name. Okay so lets see how this one new creation makes its way to the Nigerian Culinary repertoire. I will promote this the way I know to. Most of us can do with much more variety than we are having now.
So I guess what is left is for us get into the kitchen and do the do.
This dish is basically adjusted recipe for puff puff mixture with chicken and vegetables topping. So here goes our Puff Puff Pizza. When you cut this pizza into small pieces and you have a delightful Nigerian small chops. I hope you like it

8. To check if the PizPuff is ready , pierce a skewer through the dough, if it comes out clean the its ready
9. Take out of the oven, remove the foil, and place the dish on a pizza board, drizzle some olive oil on the top, and serve hot.
