I just could not go through June without bringing you more meal ideas . The requests from fans have been overwhelming on this subject which seems to be many women’s nightmare. What are eating for lunch, what are we eating for dinner? This is always the question on women’s lips.
I have taken into consideration the time challenge most of us face in the mornings, so the break fast ideas have been kept simple .
To maintain a healthy weight dinner is light . The rule is to eat breakfast like a king; lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
Enjoy your month as you bring variety to family and friends.

Thank you so much ma’am. This is so great… P.S, pls fasting for the muslims is around the corner, could you please prepare a meal plan for your muslim fans? It would be highly appreciated, sometimes we tend to eat just about anything when we break our fast, forgeting to incorporate ‘healthy diet’. Thanks again.
