June Meal Ideas

I just could not go through June without bringing you more meal ideas . The requests from fans have been overwhelming on this subject which seems to be many women’s nightmare. What are eating for lunch, what are we eating for dinner? This is always the question on women’s lips.
I have taken into consideration the time challenge most of us face in the mornings, so  the break fast  ideas have been kept simple .
To maintain a healthy weight dinner is light . The rule is to eat breakfast like a king; lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

Sunday Boiled Yam with Tomato Egg Sauce and hot beverage Jollof Rice with Beef in stew sauce and vegetable/dodo on side Suya with breaded Potato balls
Monday Sardine Sandwich and hot beverage Afiame ( Beans soup) with Eba Tomato Fish pepper soup with yam cubes

 

Tuesday Tomato/pepper/onion  omelette with Bread Spaghetti Jollof with boiled mixed vegetable Noodles with chicken pieces

 

Wednesday Breakfast cereal/boiled egg/hot beverage Okro Banga soup with pounded yam Sweet potato chips with grilled tilapia

 

Thursday Pancakes with peanut butter spread Beany Corn Pottage Couscous with Fish vegetable sauce

 

Friday Mackerel stew with Bread rolls Etiyung/Okro soup with semolina Goat meat peppersoup

 

Saturday Moin moin with Ogi and  fruits Vegetable yam pottage Grilled Chicken with Irish  Potato chips
